Let’s Talk about your privacy
This Privacy Policy explains how Ushaman collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information when you interact with our website, programs, sessions, products, and digital offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you consent to this Policy.
In this Policy, “Ushaman,” “we,” “our,” and “us” mean Celestino Cornielle d/b/a Ushaman, including our employees, agents, co-facilitators, and other authorized representatives, and—when acting on our instructions to help deliver the Services—our approved contractors and affiliated entities, as well as our permitted successors and assigns. For clarity, third-party platforms we use to operate the Services (e.g., Podia, Stripe, Rewardful, email and analytics providers) are independent service providers; your use of them is also governed by their terms and privacy policies.

3) How we use information
We use personal information to:
• Deliver the Services (coaching sessions, courses, products, support).
• Process payments, fulfill orders, and prevent fraud/abuse.
• Communicate about schedules, changes, and educational content.
• Send marketing you opt into (e.g., the eBook funnel); every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Measure & improve the Services (analytics, performance, product development).
• Track affiliate referrals and pay commissions (standard 60-day attribution window).
• Comply with law, tax, accounting, and enforce our Terms.
• Protect safety and rights, including investigating violations of our Terms.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
4) Legal bases (EU/UK GDPR where applicable)
We process data under:
• Contract (to deliver what you purchased/registered for),
• Consent (email marketing; certain cookies),
• Legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, analytics, affiliate attribution), and
• Legal obligations (tax, accounting).
You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
5) Sharing of information
We share information only as needed to operate the Services:
• Processors/service providers: Podia (site/course delivery), Stripe (payments), Rewardful (affiliate tracking), email/CRM/analytics tools, and shipping providers.
• Affiliates: limited data to confirm referral and calculate commissions.
• Legal & safety: if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights/safety.
• Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with equivalent protections.
We do not allow providers to use your data for their own independent marketing.
6) Cookies, analytics & affiliate tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, tags) for:
• Essential functions (security, session management, checkout).
• Analytics/performance (to understand traffic and improve content).
• Attribution/affiliate tracking (identify which partner referred you; standard window up to 60 days).
You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may break site features. We honor valid opt-out/consent signals to the extent required by law; note that platform limitations may affect full enforcement across vendors.
7) Data retention
• Client and transaction records: generally up to 7 years (legal/accounting).
• Coaching/program notes: retained while your account is active, then for a reasonable period or as required by law.
• Marketing records: until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Affiliate/payment records: as long as necessary to administer the program and comply with tax laws.
We may retain minimal logs to enforce our Terms and prevent fraud.
8) Your choices & rights
• Emails: unsubscribe any time via the footer link. Service/transactional emails may still be sent.
• Access/rectify/delete: Reach Out to request access, correction, or deletion (subject to lawful retention).
• California (CCPA/CPRA): you may request to know, access, delete, and correct personal information; you may also opt out of “sale/share” of personal information. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• EU/UK GDPR: you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time.
We will verify requests and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (EU/UK) or your state regulator (US).
9) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, need-to-know access). No system is 100% secure. Protect your account credentials and devices, and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized activity.
10) Children
The Services are intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor provided data, contact support@ushaman.com and we will delete it.
11) International transfers
Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
